CIFIS is a Senegal-based investment and real estate financing consortium. Since 2023, we have studied, structured, financed, developed and marketed real estate projects in Senegal.
That experience taught us what investors actually need: projects ready to underwrite, information they can rely on, and a partner on the ground who answers for the work.
Today we open that expertise to investors and operators from the Gulf across real estate, infrastructure, energy and agri-food, starting in Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire.
